A ZERO WASTE FACILITY
Regrind
The scrap waste that we accumulate during our manufacturing process goes straight to our in-house regrind facility. Once the scrap is reground, it goes back into the manufacturing process to produce new sheets.
A True Cradle-to-Cradle Solution
We take immense pride in our innovative approach at Apex Polymer Solutions, where we’ve successfully extruded PolyAl sheets from recycled aluminium found in Tetra Pak packaging. This material would have otherwise ended up in landfills. Our cradle-to-cradle solution represents a monumental step towards sustainable manufacturing. These sheets can be recycled and remade repeatedly, underscoring our ongoing commitment to transforming waste into valuable resources.
